Cancelation Policy

Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancelation fee will apply.


Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved appointment amount.


No shows will be charged 100% of reserved service amount.


Any multiple services or combo services must be held with a credit card. Failure to cancel within 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of service amount. A credit card hold transaction maybe made on your card to reserve your appointment time.


The Cancelation policy allows us the time to inform standby guests of any openings as well as keeping Suite Beverly stylist’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy criteria.



As a courtesy, we will call and confirm, your services and appointment two days before your appointment date. However, if we were unable to reach you, we can only leave a message. Please remember it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancelation fees.


Boutique and Retail Guarantees

Suite Beverly provides some of the most sought out products and fashion trends in our industry. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your any styling product or Boutique purchases, you may bring back your product for exchange within 7 days of purchase date with proof of purchase.


Suite Beverly Complete Satisfaction Guarantee

Suite Beverly is a team environment and our customer service is of utmost importance. We want to ensure your satisfaction when you walk out our door. If for any reason you are unhappy with services that were provided, we would like to have the opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have your hair service done complementary.


Clients are welcome to come in with original stylist, or we can recommend another stylist for a redo. When returning, please contact the Suite Beverly within 24 hours of original appointment date to honor the Complementary service.


Please note that redo guarantees do not apply if the client decides to change the original look from the last visit.


An Important Reminder:

Please inform your stylist if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or allergies.

Personal Belongings:

The salon is not responsible/liable for anything lost, stolen or damaged. Please remove jewelry when being serviced. It is also advised to wear collarless/dark shirts when receiving color services. 


Children Policy:

As a courtesy to our guests and as a safety precaution, we do not permit children that are not receiving salon services.



We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No personal checks will be accepted by first time clients. Tipping is customary and we recommend a gratuity of 15 - 20%.
