Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No personal checks will be accepted by first time clients. Tipping is customary and we recommend a gratuity of 15 - 20%.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a credit card deposit for your next appointment.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Boutique Purchases:
No returns or exchanges are accepted on boutique items. All sales are final.

Please inform your stylist if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or allergies.
Children Policy:
As a courtesy to our guests and as a safety precaution, we do not permit children that are not receiving salon services.
